By accessing or using the VIRO Financial Dashboard ("the Dashboard"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Dashboard is operated by Afflatus (PTY) Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in South Africa.
The Dashboard provides financial reporting, budget tracking and operational performance visibility by connecting to Xero via the Xero API. It is intended for use by authorised personnel of the connected organisation only.
Access to the Dashboard is restricted to authorised users of the client organisation. You agree to:
The Dashboard connects to Xero using OAuth 2.0. By connecting your Xero organisation you confirm that you are authorised to grant the Dashboard access to that organisation's financial data. You can revoke access at any time through your Xero Connected Apps settings or the Dashboard Admin panel.
The Dashboard displays financial data as received from Xero and as entered into the budget management system. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any financial figures — it is the responsibility of the client organisation to ensure that Xero data and budget inputs are correct. The Dashboard is a reporting tool and does not constitute financial advice.
We aim to maintain reasonable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Dashboard depends on third-party infrastructure including Cloudflare and the Xero API, which may experience outages outside our control.
The Dashboard, including its design, code and functionality, remains the intellectual property of Afflatus (PTY) Ltd. Client organisations are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Dashboard for their internal reporting purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Afflatus (PTY) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Dashboard, including reliance on financial data displayed. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with reasonable notice. On termination, access to the Dashboard will be revoked and data can be exported or deleted upon request.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Dashboard after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
